Background
As part of the marketing packages I delivered as a designer for my clients at Wunderkind, I designed full suites of emails to be received by an array of users engaging with client sites. Whether a user is a brand loyalist or browsing the site's categories for the very first time, there's an email built just for them to convert that session into a completed user journey.
Design Process
Initial email designs are drafted in Figma, combining necessary functional components for the dynamic emails with client brand standards, assets, and additional content to create a cohesive, communicative experience for the recipient.
Following the development of the visual design and implementation of client branding, I migrate the designs into an internal software to create their live, dynamic versions. These emails have a critically important difference from many competitors' offerings: live text. By using HTML text elements, these emails are optimized for dynamic content customized on a user-specific basis, ensure consistency of experience for users using accessibility tools, and adapt to light and dark mode settings of user devices across email platforms.
